Rol!call: 2. Approval of Agenda: Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the amended Agenda, remove Designating the Fraser Town Hall Foyer as the Town's official posting location from the consent agenda to discussion item. Motion carried: 6-0. 3. Consent Agenda: a) Minutes — December 6, 2017 Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding a) Community Housing Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to create the Fraser Housing Task Force to include Trustees Waldow, Soles and Meyring along with other stake holders yet to be identified. Motion carries: 6-0. b) Elected Officials Compensation The TB directed the staff to further research other Elected Officials Compensation based on a town's population, budget and assessed value. Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to Designate the Fraser Town Hall Foyer as the Town's official posting location. Motion carried: 6-0. 5. Open Forum a) County Road 8 bridge replacement b) Highway Improvement Project c) NWCOGG Regarding possible grant from CSU for chipping regarding wildfire mitigation d) Breckenridge pay parking 6. Other Business- 7. Adjourn: Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 6-0.
