CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. J7Y

RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL TO MARTY SCHNEIDER
FOR ANGUS ESTATES 2ND
WHEREAS, Marty Schneider (Applicant) had requested approval of a replat
of Angus Estates, which replat shall be known as Angus Estates, 2nd;
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the final plat and found it to be
consistent with all City ordinances and requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for Angus Estates,
2nd Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall enter into a private road agreement in a form
satisfactory to the city attorney;
2. The Applicant shall pay to the city a park dedication fee in the amount
determined by city staff;
3. The Applicant shall dedicate to the City the right-of-way for Co. Rd. 24,
Mohawk Drive and, if necessary, Medina Road, as specified by city staff;
4. The Applicant acknowledges that the easement 30 feet in width in the
northwest portion of the property shall be used for roadway as well as
drainage and utility purposes.
5. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the
city of reviewing the subdivision;
6. The Applicant shall execute an affidavit regarding whether there have
been any encumbrances placed against the property since the date of
certification of the abstract used by the city attorney to examine the
condition of title; and
7. The Applicant shall file the final plat of record within 60 days of the
date of adoption of this resolution. Failure to file the final plat
within such period of time shall render the City's approval null and
void.
