1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wong called the Financing Authority Regular Meeting to order at 9:04 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Mrs. Wilson moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Vice Chairman Gillanders
and unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:

ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member -None
