REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JULY 1, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wilson called the Financing Authority Special Meeting to order at 7:52 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Wilson
Member -Capra
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /Authority Counsel Martin, Authority Secretary
Flandrick
Ms. Wong moved to excuse Vice Chairman Capra for cause, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and
unanimously carried.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Ms. Wong moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Wilson
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -Capra
ABSTAIN: Member -None

Approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of June 17, 2008, as presented.
