CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. ff -G.6
RESOLUTION GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
ALISON WINKLER AND JOHN WINKLER
WHEREAS, Alison Winkler and John Winkler (Applicants) have applied for a
conditional use permit to maintain a guest house on their property at 630
Shawnee Woods Road; and
WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance requires a conditional use permit
under such circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this matter has been reviewed by the planning commission on
July 12, 1988, and by the City Council on August 2, 1988; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the existence of a guest house on
the property will not impede the orderly development of adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that a conditional use permit be granted to the Applicants for the
stated purpose, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The guest house shall be inspected by the city building inspector;
2. The principal residence on the property shall be occupied by the
Applicants;
3. The Applicants shall not charge a fee for occupancy of the guest
house; and
4. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in the amount determined
by the staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing
this conditional use permit application.
