at The Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA

Recording or Taping Notification : "As required by the Open Meeting Lmv we are informing you that the Town
will be videotaping and/or audio taping this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio
tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair. " We request that all cell phones be turned off or to vibrate.
1 ) Discussion and votes on the completeness, eligibility, and timeliness of the following funding
requests .
a) Brewster Town Administrator- Housing Coordinator- $ 36, 000
b) Brewster Recreation Department- Tennis Court Repairs and Resurfacing- $ 35 , 000
c) Brewster Recreation Department- ADA Improvements to Athletic Fields- $ 150 , 000
d) Brewster Housing Authority- Huckleberry Lane Roof Replacements- $ 161 , 610
e) Community Development Partnership - Cape Housing Institute- $ 15 , 000
2) Votes to refer eligible funding requests to their relevant committees for review and
recommendations to the CPC .
3 ) Acceptance of any new funding requests received .
4) Liaison reports on status of open projects .
5 ) Vote to approve minutes of the December 13 , 2017 meeting .
6) Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate .
7) Next meeting : Wednesday, January 24 , 2018 @ 4 : 45 p .m . at Town Hall .
