AUTHORIZING BIDS
TO COMPLETE REHABILITATION WORK ON 45-47 WASHINGTON
AVENUE
WHEREAS, there is a need to complete rehabilitation work on 45-47
W ashington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
rehabilitation work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids to complete rehabilitation work on 45-47 'Washington Avenue.
Adopted this 23" day of October, 2008
and certified as a true copy oflhe
original on October 24, 2008.
