AUTHORIZING REFUND OF TAX AND/ORSEWER
FEES OVERPAYl\1ENT
WHEREAS, the Tax CoUector of the Borough of Carteret has reviewed the Rolls and
determined that certain monies are due and payable by the Borough of Carteret to certain
residents and property oymers within the Borough of Carteret, as a result of an
overpayment of Taxes Andlor Sewer Fees; and
'VHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends the immediate reimbursement oftbe excess
Funds currently C<ll1ected by the Borough ofCarteret to certain enumerated individuals;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret. in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that
the Tax Collector is Authorized to immediately refund and pay the overpayment of Taxes
And! or Sewer Fees to the Individuals and property owners of the specific properties
listed below and/or attached hereto:
