THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OFFICIAL CITY
NEWSPAPER FOR THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 168, 381,
AND ALL OTHER CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Official Newspaper
The official newspaper of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas shall be the Ark
Valley News in which official publications of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas shall be
published.
Section 2. Repeal
Ordinance numbers 168 and 381 are hereby repealed. All other
ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed. However,
any section of an existing ordinance not in conflict herewith is not repealed and
remains in full force and effect.
Section 3. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the official city newspaper.
