AN ORDINANCE. PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS SEWER.. IHPROVEHENTS
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, CO~TY OF HIDDLESEX, NEW
JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $260,000.00 FROH THE CAPITAL
IMPROVE~mNT FU~D -RESERVE FOR SE~reR IMPROVEMENTS OF
THE BOROUGH FOR THE COST TaEREFOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Borough. of Carteret, in tpe County of
Middlesex, New Jersey, hereby authorizes Various Sewer
Improvements together with all purposes necessary,
inci~ental or appurtenant thereto.
SECTION 2. For said improvements or purposes I there is
hereby appropriated the sum of $260,000 which amounts are
made available from the Capital Improvement .Fl.,lud- Reserve
for Sewer 'Improvements.
SECTION 3. The Capital Budget of the Borough is hereby
amended to conform \<1ith the provisions of this, Ordinance
to the extent of any inconsistency herewith: .
SECTION 4. The purposes described in Section 1 herein are
not current expenses. These are all Improvemen~s that the
Borough may lawfully undertake as General Impro~ements,
and no part of the costs thereof has been or shall be
specially assessed on property specially benefited
thereby.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect as pro~ided
by Law.
