This year's committee continued efforts to learn more about specific needs of Brewster residents and the agencies supporting them, by meeting with representatives of 4 agencies, by meeting with a members of Brewster's clergy to gain their perspective and understand the services they are providing. Total number of meetings: 10 ADDITIONAL ENDEAVORS The committee also revamped the funding application to reflect: Targeted populations Degree of support Evaluation procedures Future projected needs Earlier funding application deadline The committee also worked to better communicate needs to the community: Participated in BHS Farmer's Market Staffed a BREWSTER CARES table during each of the summer months WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED ?
