AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SECTION
160-43 "SUBDIVISION FEES" OF ARTICLE VI, "FEES'" OF CHAPTER.160,
"LAND DEVELOPMENT" OF CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
'BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carjeret (the
"Borough") as foIlows:
SECTION 1. Section 9160-43, Subdivision Fees, of Article VI, Fees, of Chapter 160,
Land Development, of the Carteret Code is hereby amended and supplemented to per the
attached chart and the remainder of the Ordinance shall remain the same.' .
SECTION 2. AIl Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with .the provision of this
,Ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of ~y s~lch inconsistency.,
SECTION 3. If 'any section, paragraph~ subdivision, clause or provision of this
'Ordinance is. adjljdged invalid, snch adjudication shall apply only to the section,
paragraph, subd.ivision, clause or provision so adjudged and t11e'remainder of this
Ordinance sl1all be deemed valid and effective.
SECTIQN 4. This Ordinance shaIl take effect upon passage and publication according to
applicable law.
