A RESOLUTION OE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
SEVEN THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE
-~ `, DOLLARS, ($7,235) TO THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR A
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ON THE NCR 8200 MINICOMPUTER
FOR FY 1980-81.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized execution of a
service contract with N.C.R. Corporation in order to maintain and
repair our N.C.R. 8200 mini computer as necessary;. and'
WHEREAS, the City Council approve the appropriation of
$7,235 to the Water Account, 1980-81 operating budget;.
.NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood:
Section 1. City Council does hereby accept a service
contract in the amount of $7,235, in order to provide
ongoing expense for maintenance service as necessary
for our N.C.R. 8200 mini computer.
Section 2. $7,235 is appropriated in the following
manner:
