Section 2. The parking restrictions provide for above shall not be applicable to those individuals residing on said streets and avenues provided that they posses a residential parking pennit issued by appropriate Borough department upon the presentation of the requisite documentation. Section 3. The above referenced streets and avenues shall constitute the initial list of residential restrict parking areas, but such list may be added to, and/or any of the said roadways may be deleted, in whole or in part, from such list, by resolution duly adopted by the governing body. Section 4. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereofinconsistent with the provision ofthis Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of any such inconsistencies. Section 5. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able from the remainder of this Ordinance.
