RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION
FOR LEONARD SCHLOSSER
WHEREAS, Leonard Schlosser (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan
to subdivide a parcel of 31 acres+ according to the survey attached hereto as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have reviewed the
preliminary plat submitted by the Applicant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicant for his sub-
division, subject to the following conditions:
1. Access to T.H. 55 from the property via a service road 50 feet along
the Northerly boundary of Parcel C;
2. If Lot C is divided, the resulting parcels shall share an access via
the service road;
3. The proposed road to serve Lots A and B shall be used only for
residential purposes;
4. The Applicant shall pay to the city a park dedication fee for Lots A
and B;
5. Lots A and B may have animal structures if they meet all setbacks;
6. The Applicant shall dedicate the right-of-way for T.H. 55 required
by city staff;
7. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to
the city of reviewing the subdivision;
8. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title or registered
property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for
review by the city attorney; and

9. The Applicant shall submit the final plat to the city for approval
within 180 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution,
which final plat shall in all material respects conform to the
preliminary plat, except that it shall incorporate all changes and
modifications required by this resolution.
