RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF THE PLAT OF TRUMPETER HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, Wallace F. Doerr (Applicant) has received preliminary approval
for the plat of Trumpeter Heights, subject to certain stated conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has submitted the plat for final approval, which
plat has been reviewed by staff and found to be in compliance with the
conditions of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final plat approval be granted to the Applicant for Trumpeter
Heights, subject to the following conditions:
1. No park dedication fees shall be required because all parcels are in
excess of 10 acres is size;
2. The Applicant shall dedicate the right-of-way along Co. Rd. 116 required
by city staff;
3. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by city staff to represent the actual cost to the city
of reviewing the subdivision; and
4. The Applicant shall file the plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of
the date of adoption of this resolution. Failure to record the plat
within said period of time shall result in the city's approval hereof
being deemed null and void.
