Bryant J Whitley Reynolds conducted a tree survey in conjunction with our normal survey in preparation to build our Tybee permanent residence. The Magnolia tree in question sits in the middle of the house footprint and it is partially rotted. We have commissioned Solomon tree service to remove the tree. Please find the survey attached as requested. If we need to plant another tree on the lot outside of the build- able footprint, that won't be a problem.
