RESOLUTION NO. zY -15
WHEREAS State Statute Ch. 685, Sec. 115A.921 requires that
certain fees received by a landfill host city be designated
for future landfill abatement, and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has such a landfill and wishes
to establish a Special Revenue Fund to retain the required
amount of said cubic yard fees received from Woodlake Land-
fill/Browning Ferris Industries, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Woodlake Landfill Abatement
Fund be established, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event that the fund balance
is not needed for landfill abatement, said balance may be used
for general city purposes.
Adopted by the Medina City Council this 6 day of December,
1988.
