RESOLUTION N0. 51-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DESIC~IATING THE POSITIONS OF UTILITY SERVICE
SUPERVISOR AND SENIOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AS EXCLUDED
FROM THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1106 amended>Section 24-32 of the Code of
the City of Lynwood to provide that there shall be excluded from the pro-
' visions of the personnel system established by said City Code such offices,
positions and employment as may from time to time be specified by resolution
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution Nos. 80-85 & 80-120 the City Council has
designated certain positions as exempt from the provisions of said personnel
system; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes further to designate the positions
of Utility Service Supervisor and Senior Bui ding Inspector as exempt from
the provisions of said personnel system,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES
ORDAIN that, in accordance with said Section 24-32, the positions of Utility
Service Supervisor and Senior Building Inspector are excluded from the clas-
sified personnel system of the City of Lynwood..
