moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION NO. 4 0- /4
WHEREAS all Parcels listed in Exhibit "A" are hereby declared
unbuildable by the Medina City Council because individual par-
cel size does not meet City zoning ordinances for buildable lots
and do not have public access to city streets,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all parcels on Exhibit "A"
shall be appraised by the Hennepin County Assessor; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all parcels listed in Exhibit "A"
shall be offered for sale at auction to abutting property
owners according to State Statute 282.
