After a review of the site plan dated 9/12/2007, along with elevations and details,
modifications were suggested to the project architect based on overall appearance and
interpretation of setbacks. The project architect has since made the necessary changes
and updated the plans.
Upon review of these revised plans, it- appears that all code requirements have now been
met and the proposed addition is in compliance with the design guidelines as set forth in
Chapter 70 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Gulf Stream.

PROPOSING NEW LANDSCAPING TO MATCH EXISTING ON SITE AND NATIVE PLANT AS
