RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION,
ALPANA SECOND ADDITION _
WHEREAS, Alpana Aluminum Products, Inc. (Applicant) has requested
approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of land located at Co. Rd. 116 and
T.H. 55 according to the plat attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the final
plat submitted by the Applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for the plat,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall enter into a development agreement in a form
satisfactory to the city attorney;
2. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the
city of reviewing the subdivision; and
3. The acting mayor and city clerk are instructed not to release the plat
until receipt of a letter from the city attorney indicating compliance
with the title matters raised in the city attorney's letter dated
December 19, 1988.
