moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. /1'T
WHEREAS Parcel 18-118-23 22 0069 (NWZ of Lot 2, Block 8, Inde-
pendence Beach) City of Medina, is hereby declared unbuildable
by the Medina City Council because said parcel does not meet
city zoning ordinances regarding buildable lot size, and
WHEREAS the abutting parcel, 18-118-23 22 0070 ( SE z of
Lot 2, Block 8, Independence Beach) is only 30 feet in width.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the above listed parcel
shall be appraised by the Hennepin County Assessor, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Parcel 18-118-23 22 0069, be
offered for sale to the owner of Parcel 18-118-23 22 0070,
according to State Statute 282.
