RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUP•1CIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNLd00D APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF FOUR
INCH FIRE HOSE FROM t•JARDLAW FIRE EQUIP"IENT
COP~9PANY OF LA HABRA, CALIFORNIA..
WHEREAS: The Lynwood City Council approved X6,743 in the
1980-81 budget for the purchase of Four Inch (4") Fire Hose, and
WHEREAS: they Lynwood Fire Department has used National
Fire Hose for .many years, and
WHEREAS: 6~fardlaw Fire Equipment is the National Fire Hose
representative in Los Angeles County area.
NObJ, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by a 4/5 vote of the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, that purchase of Four Inch (4") Fire Hose
from Wardlaw Fire Equipment of La Habra, California is the most economical
and efficient way to purchase the fire hose.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council direct
-''Fire Chief to proceed with purchase of fire hose.
