RESOLUTION N0. 81-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL AMEND-
MENT TO CALTRANS SERVICE CONTRACT N0. T-7564
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING THE SPECIAL
I-105 CORRIDOR SECURITY PATROL.
WHEREAS, o.n December 4, 1980, the City Council authorized
execution of Service Contract-No. T-Z564__with the California State
Department of Transportation in order to continue the special"security
patrol in the I-105 Corridor in the City of Lynwood for one year
through December 31, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the California State Department of Transporta-
tion has ordered a Supplemental Amendment (Supplement No. .1) to
Security Contract No. T-7564, attaching additional conditions to
the original contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved bj% the City Council
of the City of Lynwood:
City Council does hereby accept said Supplement No. 1
to Service Contract No. 1 T-7564 in the amount of $580,000, in order
to continue to provide a special security patrol in the I-105
Corridor in the City of Lynwood.
