DESIGNATING OFFICIAL TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES AS TO
LIABll.ITY FOR ASSESSi\-IENTS FOR l\IUNICIPAL ThIPROVEl\IENTS
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey that Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal Clerk, be designated
as the person to issue certificates as to liability for assessments for Municipal Improvements as provided
by R.S. of New Jersey 1937, Title 54:5.18-3;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effe;::t immediately.
Adopted this 4th day of January, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 5, 2009.
