A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS

WHEREAS,

On February 3, 1981 the City Council authorized
