A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ADDING DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, DIRECTOR OF
GENERAL SERVICES AND;"< AC'COUNTING :MAN_AGER ~T-~O- THE ,LIST OF
DESIGNATED EMPLOYEES AS LISTED IN APPENDIX "A" OF THE
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted a Conflict
of Interest Code by Resolution No. 77-26; and
WHEREAS, certain employees were designated to file a
Conflict of Interest Statement pursuant to said Code; ands
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to add the positions
of Director of Community Development, Director of General Ser-
vc-e.s, and~Ac.countang Manager to the list of Designated Employees.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby does resolve
that the aforementioned positions be added to the list of .
Designated Employees as shown in Appendix "A" of the Conflict of
