COUNCIL “BROWN BAGEL” WORK SESSION, MAY 30, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The May 30, 2013, Brown Bagel W ork Session was convened at 7:33 A.M. by President
Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, and
Scrivner
Absent: Carroll
Arrived after meeting convened: Schulte (arrived at 7:34 A.M.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Other Liaison Reports to be Given at the June 3 meeting:
Cultural Arts – Councilman Rick Mihalevich
Board of Adjustment – Councilman Carlos M. Graham
JCTV – Councilman Larry Henry
*Councilman Shawn Schulte arrived at this point in the meeting
Bills:
2013-15 (Adjusting Minimum Fines) – City Counselor Drew Hilpert explained the
changes contained in the substitute bill.
2013-23 (Amending Code Pertaining to Electrician Apprentices) – The sponsor
should be corrected to Councilman Bray as the Council liaison to the Board of Electrical
Review and Examiners.
