AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Million Three
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($5,350,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for
professional services to upgrade the District’s Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud in Oracle EBS
Upgrade to the Cloud District-wide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into contract with AST,
whereby AST will provide professional services to upgrade the District’s Oracle EBS to Oracle
Fusion Cloud.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15767, adopted October 14, 2021, authorized the
initial appropriation for Oracle EBS Upgrade to the Cloud;
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($5,350,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for professional services to upgrade
the District’s Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud in Oracle EBS Upgrade to the Cloud District-
wide.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
AST, whereby AST will provide professional services to upgrade the District’s Oracle EBS to
Oracle Fusion Cloud in Oracle EBS Upgrade to the Cloud District-wide, and shall be comprised
of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
