AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty-Six Million Six
Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($46,616,500.00) from the 2022A Revenue
Bond Principal and Interest Fund (2838) for the partial repayment of outstanding principal on the
2012A and 2012B bonds which will be partially refunded by the 2022A bonds.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15671, as adopted June 10, 2021, appropriated the
initial funding for debt service expenses relating to the 2012A and 2012B bonds;
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees approved Ordinance 15746 on August 12, 2021,
which authorized the refunding of the 2012A and 2012B bonds; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there will be an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-Six Million Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($46,616,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the 2022A Revenue Bond
Principal and Interest Fund (2838) for the partial repayment of outstanding principal on the 2012A
and 2012B bonds which will be partially refunded by 2022A bonds.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 14, 2022
