WHEREAS, there is a need for a BoroughAttomey in the Borough of Carteret; ~d
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT A1\'D IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council oftbe
Borough of Carteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Attorney, effective January 1, 2009, term to
expire December 31, 2009.
Adopted this 4th day of January, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the
