RESOLUTION NO. i7 5J -
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Medina enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Public Safety, for the purpose of receiving, from the
State of Minnesota, preliminary breath test instruments,
on a loan basis, for use by law enforcement officers,
to assess in the detection of motorists who may be in
violation of Minnesota Statutes Section 169.121, or
local ordinances in conformity therewith.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief of Police and
City Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute such
agreement.
