ESTABLISHING A PETTY -CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUA1'lT TO N.J.S.A. 40A,S-21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of NJ.SA 40A:S-21 a Petty Cash Fund be
established for the Borough of Carteret upon final approval from the Division of Local Government
Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the Purchasing Department
in the amount of$400,OO; and
'VHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded ....vith corporate surety in the amount of
$1.000.00.
Adopted this 4th day of January, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 5, 2009.
