A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE .CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE.
TRANSFER OF UNCLAIMED MONEY FROM THE
WATER FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
. ~ WHEREAS, there is held in the City treasury unclaimed
money from water deposits which has remained unclaimed for a
periodeof more than three years; and
WHEREAS, the unclaimed water deposits are-for
individual items of less than•$10:00; and
WHEREAS, the aggregate sum of said individual items
is $684.73. - ~.
NOW, THEREFORE, TAE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
• pursuant to Government Code Section 50055 hereby authorizes and
directs the transfer of-said unclaimed money to the general fund.
