AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 15691, adopted May 13, 2021, and
enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 15691, adopted May 13, 2021, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be Two Hundred One
Thousand Fifty Dollars ($201,050.00), per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments, on and
after May 21, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on May 12, 2022
