Products covered by this letter are the Bunker and Turret systems. These systems may be used as supplemental pretreatment features on bioretention and other MSD-approved filtration systems approved as stand-alone water quality BMPs, subject to the following: 1. Proposed uses and designs of the device shall be in accordance with MSD rules, requirements, and construction specifications in addition to the guidelines outlined in the submittal you provided to MSD on February 24, 2022. 2. The Bunker and Turret systems may be used as an enhancement to filtration system pretreatment on new development, redevelopment, and highway/roadway projects. The use of these systems shall be subordinate to MSD standard pretreatment design requirements. 3. The Bunker and Turret systems may be used as components to enhance maintenance and operation in new private stormwater management facility designs and retrofit scenarios where conventional pretreatment features are either not required or were not applied. 4. Additional pretreatment measures, as determined by the consulting Engineer and/or MSD, may be required. 5.
