A RESOLUTION'-0F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, APPROVING THE REPORT PREPARED PURSUANT
' TO CALIFORNIA. STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE,,
SECTION .22565 ET.SEQ., AS ORDERED BY THE'CITY
COUNCIL ON APRIL 21, 1981., RELATING TO ASSESS-.
- MENT DISTRICT NO. 81-A, (LYNWOOD LIGHTING;
"--~ ~~ASSESSMENT_ DISTRICT) .
"WHEREAS, the .City Council on April 21, 1981, adopted
Resolution No. 81-55, instructing the Director of Public Works/
City Engineer to make and file with the City Clerk, a report.
in.writing in accordance with the requirements of Streets .and
Highways Code, Section 22565 et seq;~and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works/City Engineer
has made and filed said report with the .City Clerk.and.the
City Clerk has presented said report to this City Council
for. consideration;
NOW,'THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby .resolve,
order and determine as .follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council has considered and. passed
on said report. Said report,. as filed., is hereby approved., _
Said report, including any plans, specifications, estimate-

herein by reference and shall be placed on file in the office
of the City Clerk ,and may be examined by any interested persons. _
