A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 80-66, THE SALARY RESOLUTION, AND
RESOLUTION N0. 81-49 REGARDING THE EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION
AND POSITION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council has adapted a 1980-81 Salary Resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an Employee Classification and
Position Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the need to establish the posi-
tion of Development Division Manager, as a grant=funded Civil Service exempt
position., to perform duties previously assigned to a consultant and addi-
• tional duties as a result of reorganization and consolidation of community
development functions;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does .hereby
resolve that: •
