A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF 1,000 VINYL COVERED PADDED
STACK CHAIRS FROM PIERCE TABLE TOP COMPANY AND FINDING
SUCH PURCHASE TO BE THE MOST ECONOMICAL AND EFFICIENT
TO APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR SUCH PURCHASE.
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed staff reports and price
information regarding purchase of stack chairs; and
WHEREAS, Council recognizes t_he need for said. chairs; and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the,bid price sub-
mitted by Pierce Table Top Company is the most economical and effi-
cient means to purchase these stack chairs; and._
WHEREAS, an appropriation of $20,856.48 is necessary to
provide for purchase of these chairs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of Lynwood, that Council hereby authorize the City Manager to
make the following appropriation:

Revenue Sharing Unappropriated Funds General Fund
