RESOLUTION N0,81-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROPRIATING UNAPPROPRIATED
FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980=81
WHEREAS, the Annual Budget for the City of Lynwood for
__ fiscal year 1980-81 provides that unappropriated monies that are
defined as proceeds o;f taxes to be held in prudent reserves for
the purpose of establishing funds to provide for recognized
liabilities;. and •'
WHEREAS, monies appropriated to establsYi such funds shall
,not be considered as restricted in availability and use, and
amounts may be adjusted between funds, as necessary, to serve future
needs of the City, a.nd
W:EHREA.S; it is the City Council's intention to appropriate
all such unappropriated reweriues actually received during the 1980-
81 fiscal year pursuant to Section 5 of Article XIII B of the
Cal.forn.a;_ Constitution, _
hTOW~, THEREFORE, be it resolved thaw the City Council of
the City of Lynwood authorizes the appropriation of all unappropriated
funds and approves amendmerit-t:o~~~ the budget f.or fiscal year 1980-8.1.
