A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YNWOOD
ESTABLISHING THE WATER FUND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1981-82
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood established an administrative charge
to the Lynwood Water Department; and
WHEREAS,~this charge is established in lieu of property tax
franchise fee and any operating or non-operating expenses the Lynwood Water
Department would normally incur, in the operation of its enterprise.
WHEREAS, it is considered correct and proper to review and adjust
that rate in keeping with costs.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City
of Lynwood authorize that fee to be .fixed at 20% per month. of revenue and
direct the City Manager to inform the necessary departments.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 9 th
JULY 1981.
