RESOLUTION N0. 81-97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF UN-
APPROPRIATED FUND BALANCES FROM HCD TO FY lg.8o-81
OPERATING BUDGETS FOR EXPENDITURE ACCOUNTS PRE-
VIOUSLY APPROVED BY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the accounting procedures of the City~of Lynwood
require Council action to appropriate funds for expenditures; and
_ _ -_ _.. _ WHEREAS,,__said _accounting _procedures apply to all. monies- -
derived from all sources that accrue~to the local fist;- and
WHEREAS, councilmanic appropriations are mandated in the
transference of fund balances from one fiscal year to a subsequent
fiscal, year; and -
WHEREAS, .federal regulations stipulate that local, as well
as federal accounting procedures must be employed in the management
of monies received via the Housing and Community.Development Block _-._:._
Grant Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood reappropriate funds from fiscal year 1979-1980 operating
budget to fiscal year~1980-1981 operating budget for the accounts and
amounts as follows:
