RESOLUTION NO. 8:1-9$
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWODD APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF TWO "KR TO"
RADAR UNITS FROM KUSTOM ELECTRONICS.
a
-WHEREAS, the City Council was authorized funds in the 1981-82
operating budget for the purchase of two (2) radar units: and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the: Staff report re-
~. garding-the purchase of two ~'KR 10" Radar Units; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby determines, based on the
• Staff report,.. that the equipment may be more economically and
efficiently acquired without competitive bidding;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby resolve that:
The Purchasing Officer is authorized to purchase two (2)
"KR 10" Radar Units. from Kustom Electronics for the amount of
Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($4,700).
