RESOLUTION NO. 11-8210
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, TO DIRECT THE CITY
MANAGER TO FOLLOW AND IMPLEMENT ANY
AND ALL "FINAL ORDERS" OF THE CIVIL
SERVICE BOARD; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Charter and Code create the Civil Service Board and vest it with
certain powers and authority; and
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Board has issued certain "Final Orders" which have not
yet been implemented by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka in accordance with the
Charter hereby directs the City Manager to follow and implement any and all "Final Orders" of
the Civil Service Board:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City Of Opa-locka hereby directs the City
Manager to follow and implement any and all "Final Orders" of the Civil Service Board.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
