APPOINTING SPECIAL REDEVELOPMENT COUNSEL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Special Redevelopment Counsel in the Borough
of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council ofthe Borough of Carteret that
MCMANIMON & SCOTLAND

BRADLEY CAMPBELL
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Special Redevelopment Counsel,
effective January I, 2009, term to expire December 31, 2009.
