CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION REMOVING
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS Parcel #18-118-23-24-0080, parts of Lots 3 and 4 and Lot 19, Block
26, Independence Beach and Parcel #18-118-23-24-0096, Lot 18, Block 26, Independence
Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota have been combined into one parcel for purposes
of building; and
WHEREAS one unit of assessment for sewer and water purposes in the Independence
Beach area is $4,518.00; and
WHEREAS the total combined sewer and water assessment on the above parcels
is $5,195.70; and
WHEREAS the City of Medina finds
the property to assess the additional
and water project.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
intention of the city not to exercise
that there exists no special benefit to
amount for the Independence Beach sewer
the Medina City Council that it is the
it's power under Mn. Statue 435.23 to
assess the combined parcel for more than $4,518.00.
