RESOLUTION NO 81-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD FIXING THE SALARY AND
BENEFITS FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER
(LANGUAGE AMEND114ENT OF RESOLUTION NO 80-132
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend Resolution No
80-132 relating to Salary and Benefits for the office of City Manager,
NOW; THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HERE-
BY DOES RESOLVE that Section 2 entitled "Automobile Allowance" and
Section 6 entitled "Review" be deleted in their entirety and that the
following language be incorporated instead
SECTION 2 AUTOMOBILE ALLOWANCE
The City Manager shall generally be required to supply a
vehicle appropriate to the performance of the duties of his office,
and as compensation therefor the City Manager shall be entitled to
an automobile allowance in the sum of $280 per month In addition
to the aforesaid automobile allowance, the City Manager shall also
be provided gasoline credit cards in the name of the City of Lynwood
for gasoline use in said vehicle
SECTION 6 REVIEW
The City Council hereby declares its intention to review
salary and benefits of the office of the City Manager on or before
the 17th day of November, 1981
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of JULY 1981
