CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 19_ 3%
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION
FOR ORLO EISINGER
WHEREAS, Orlo Eisinger, (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan
to subdivide a 10.04 acre parcel from his property located at 1832 Medina
Road; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the
proposed subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of Medina,
Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicant for his
subdivision subject to the following conditions:
1. A 60 foot radius right-of-way on the Applicant's property shall be
obtained and staff shall attempt to acquire the remainder of the
cul-de-sac from adjacent property owners;
2. It is acknowledged that no park fee is necessary because the parcel
is in excess of 10 acres in size;
3. The Applicant shall dedicate a 40 foot right-of-way along Medina Road;
4. City staff shall proceed on acquistion of easements for Horgan Road;
5. It is acknowledged that Lot B is recognized as a conforming lot with
the existing homestead;
6. The Applicant shall submit an updated abstract of title or registered
property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for review
by the city attorney;
7. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the
city of reviewing the subdivision; and
8. The Applicant shall submit the final plat to the city for approval within 180
clays of the date of the adoption of the date of this resolution, which final
plat shall in all respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall
incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution.
