AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION 19-401,
MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE (V) (ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES),
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF AN ACCESSIBLE
PARKING SPACE ON A PORTION OF EAST HIGH STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule (V), (Accessible
Parking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of an accessible parking space on a portion of the 600 block of East High Street, to
read as follows:
East High Street (600 Block): on the north side thereof, being between points 95 and 120
east of the east curb line of Marshall Street.
Section 2. Section 19-401, Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule (V), (Accessible
Parking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of an accessible parking space on a portion of the 100 block of Lafayette Street, to read
as follows:
Lafayette Street(100 Block): on the east side thereof, being between points 100 and 130 feet
south of the south curb line of State Street.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
